Coronavirus / Covid-19 Update


To Our Customers, Friends, and Family;


Acadiana Hydro Kleen is fully committed to doing all that we can to continue to meet the exterior cleaning needs of our customers and community – even in difficult times like these. We plan to remain open and are ready and available to support you. As part of being able to serve you safely, we want to make you aware of some additional precautions we are taking to help protect our customers, employees, and community. On Site Cleaning Consultations: We will continue to do on site cleaning surveys prior to submitting an estimate. Beginning today during these surveys we will limit in person meetings with property owners. How this will work is while we are doing our walk around the property owner does not have to be present. We can communicate via phone, facetime, or email and will continue to strive to keep you informed. Cleaning in Progress: So that property owners are fully aware of what’s going on, upon arrival we will send a text message letting you know we have arrived. Update pictures will be sent as progress is made and again once the cleaning is completed. Typically, we do walk arounds with our customer prior to leaving, for the time being we will send a text message letting you know we’re done and encourage you to do a walk around after we’ve gone. If you see something not done to your liking please let us know and if possible, send a photo so we can take care of it. Managing Estimates, Invoices and Payments: Effective immediately, in order to limit hand to hand trans actions all estimates, work request, invoices, and receipts will be transferred electronically either by email or text messaging. Additionally, we are waiving all fees associated with paying by credit card. For your convenience, we have also added a “Client Hub” where our customers can log in and manage their account. Log in to your account online @ Client Hub If You've Been Impacted and Need Assistance: We want you to know we're available to assist you if you have been impacted by the coronavirus. Please do not hesitate to call / text us at 337-247-5689 to discuss any issues affecting you. We will work together to find a solution that is right for you. Government Resources Are Available: We want to make sure you are aware that the U.S. Government is stepping in to help people affected by the coronavirus. If you are directly affected, please make sure to take advantage of the new government benefits, like expanded unemployment benefits, extended emergency family and medical leave, free coronavirus testing and expanded food aid. More information on these benefits can be found online and we are working on making links available on our website. Personal safety and well-being are our top priorities. Know that we will continue to do all we can to meet your needs, while doing our best to protect the well-being of our employees, customers and communities.
